Our latest investment is a new Doosan Lynx 2100B CNC Turning Centre which modernises on our previous Colchester CNC350 40mm Turning Centre.

Upgraded Milling Capacity
Due to high demand for our services, we have increased our capacity by investing into another XYZ SMX 5000 Bed Mill as well as a DNM 5700 Machining Centre.
We also now have a 4-Axis Hardinge VMC 600 II with Renishaw probes for precision tool measurements.

To increase accuracy, repeatability and efficiency in our Tapping procedures, we have invested in an XYZ Fast Tap 400. This equipment allows us to tap up to M12 in steels and M14 in Aluminium!”
